Brooke Stacey again.
She started with a trainer 2 days a week and one day on her own (3 days total) lifting…one hour sessions. Then she added in cardio on the stair master, elliptical, and treadmill. 45 mins 2 days a week in addition to the 30 mins she did on lifting days. But MOST IMPORTANTLY…she started changing the way she ate. 6 months people, 6 months she did wonderful things for her body!
